We had a window and two doors fitted by them few years ago. the doors seemed to be very well fitted and the quality seemed ok but now the below standard material shows signs of a bad deal. the back door looks like it has twisted due to weather and temperature changes and has left a very noticeable gap at the bottom of the door.
I contacted them with a very polite email asking them to inspect and repair but I have hear nothing from them. this is very bad costumer care and I would not recommend this company. I thought that the local companies would do a better job and can be trusted but I was proved
