Matthew Pavey started working in the Estate Agent Industry in 2010. Having worked for a member agent in Frinton for three and a half years, he was then head hunted by another agent in Frinton and quickly established himself in the Frinton/Walton area. Matthew is a local resident in Frinton-on-sea and has the drive and determination to offer high standards and a professional service.

My partner and I just purchased a property through Paveys. Lawrence kept us updated throughout and answered all of our nervous first time buyer questions. All queries were promptly answered and we felt like we were in good hands. If we require the services of an estate agent in the future we wouldn't hesitate in using Paveys. So glad we chose Pavey’s Estate Agents as moving during a pandemic wasn’t exactly in our sights,my wife claire and I decided to move house due to expecting another baby and were quite worried about the whole process as we already have children at home.Matt,Lawence and their team were brilliant at making sure all guidelines were followed and this helped keep our anxiety down at such a stressful time.
They certainly got the viewings flooding in and were honest and open about every process throughout our sale,unlike other estate agents/dodgy car salesman the industry seems full of.

Matthew and Lawrence provided a thoroughly professional service, keeping us fully informed the whole way through the process. We have just sold our house through Pavey’s and even though we experienced the lockdown wave in the middle of this sale, Pavey’s were absolutely brilliant. Although Lawrence was the main person we dealt with I was aware that when he was not there it was a true team effort.
I felt they were honest, realistic and responsive with their communication which is what I needed.

I would definitely recommend Paveys. They were the selling agents for the house I was buying. Very professional, helpful, and very responsive. We originally wanted to buy a different property but the sellers decided to take it off the market after we had our offer accepted and at the time we were gutted to lose it. But with with help of Paveys, we found an even better house 5 minutes away that was more suited to us. Lawrence was great both times, very helpful and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Even when there were bumps in the road, Lawrence made sure we had all the information and did all he could to help get things sorted.
