Worst experience ever , they lied to me and tricked me into signing a contract to manage my property when I specifically told them I only wanted to pay for Tenent finding fee their agreed that was fine but then they made me sign papers . And then they said you should have read the contact properly we are managing the property now, I was fuming they said to withdraw contract I had to pay close to thousand pound as one off payment. I had no choice but to pay them that big lump sum as I didn’t trust a word they say to me anymore therefore didn’t want them to mange my property as you lie once they

Very pleased with the service provided. These guys are professional, honest and have a geniunely trustworthy vibe about them. Its been 4 Months so far I have had my property managed through them, have not had a single issue, all documents are kept organised and are legally compliant. The one outstanding serivce that they provide which highlighted that they are up to date with the times is that they provided me with a landlord portal, this allows me to see everything that is happpening with my property including mantenace work, when my gas cert is due, when my rent is due etc. I would highy recommned

I'm a firm believer Of treating someone the way you would like to be treated which in some organisations unfortunately isn't the case. City ends definitely sets the bar high with the way they treat you. I went in for some advice on a mortgage and was made to feel welcomed, not judged according to how I look and left feeling happier at the thought I am in safe hands, where the wool won't be pulled over my eyes, which unfortunately was the case with another establishment. Which is a shame for that other place as 3 other family members are also looking to get on the property
