I purchased 4 custom tops as a gift for a friend, they dispatched them long after they were meant to be dispatched, but thats not all they don’t even have the courtesy to send a dispatch email or tracking so you would never know something is going to arrive, so in my case, nobody was there to sign and royal mail marked as delivered even though I was away for a week, so now i’m around £90 out of pocket and this company have refused to refund me, instead they offered me ‘free customisation’ as a good will gesture on another order. Quite shocking considering royal mail will reimburse them

I placed an order for several items on 08/10/2020 with the website stating some items were available for immediate dispatch, and others available to be dispatched in 7-10 days. Over 10 weeks later (21/12/2020) I am still yet to receive all items within the order, and have not been given a reason as to why. I tried chasing the order up over 4 weeks ago and have not received a response. Extremely disappointing, poor customer service. When will my order be completed?

Excellent service from Dan and the team at Pro-am. We have already recommended his product to another group of people looking to do the same. The customer service was outstanding, we had shirts arrive quicker than expect and payment was easy. Pro-am also kept us up-to-date throughout. We had 48 personalised units arrive today and have already made the decision to use Pro-am again next year.

I actually haven't yet recieved my order since I just ordered today, but I was very pleased with the prices and the easy overview. The page is somehow lite and gave me a very nice and calm experience which is definitely appreciative these days.
Now I just hope the delivery time to Denmark is not long, because I need my order as clothes for the biggest Scandinavian LAN-party very soon and I need some time to get prints on the clothing before that starts.
So far, so good anyway - only a slow delivery can now make me change my mind about the 5 stars ;)
