I had windows fitted by this company about 15 years ago and they have NOT stood the test of time. They never fitted properly from day 1 and you could see gaps between the windows and frames. The frames were warped and some of the seals didn't even touch with the windows. When I eventually complained to a woman in the Lincoln office she behaved as though it was my fault and begrudgingly sent someone to have a look AFTER DEMANDING MONEY FOR AN INSPECTION , but someone came and replaced some of the rubber seals, but if the windows are not properly aligned with the frames in the first place then this
