Ashington Page marketed and sold the property very quickly and were there at every stage of the sales process keeping us informed and helping wherever needed.
This was an emotional experience for my parents but it was made simple and pain free due to the professionalism of AP.

From the moment we made our first offer until we exchanged, Tracey was very helpful and professional. I can't fault her approach to us as customers and her knowledgeable guidance throughout make it a smooth experience for us. Particular mention in the later stages before exchange, Tracey did lots of chasing for us and keep us and our solicitors in the loop. Would definitely recommend to others.

Having had not such a great experience with another estate agent (poor communication, lots of viewings, not a single offer). We decided to try Ashington Page.
We did not look back.
From our own experiences, communication is of the upmost importance, and this is high on the list of core values for Ashington Page. All staff are professional, communicative and attentive, and they have a great tool where we were able to monitor bookings, feedback, offers etc.
They also feedback by the end of the same day of the viewing.
