Worked as a tax manager for another local practice and qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser. Set up on his own in 1999 before merging his Practice with Nick Sandy in 2005 to start The Richards Sandy Partnership.
Enjoys playing golf at Worcester Golf & Country Club and in Andaluca as often as possible. Follows the rugby at Warriors as often as possible. Despite reaching middle age still hates gardening. A: If your existing accountant is offering you an excellent pro-active service at a fair fee then stick with them. At the Richards Sandy Partnership our Wills and Administration of Estates Services offers clients sensitive, professional, support in dealing with the difficult, and sometimes upsetting, task of preparing for a day in the future that they will not themselves experience. We will work with your family solicitors to make sure that you have a relevant, valid and up to date will.
Employers will need to top up the government's contribution, which is now 60% of wages (up to a maximum cap of 1,875) to ensure the employee receives the requisite 80% (up to 2,500). These restrictions have been relaxed slightly in recent years, e.g. However, these rights and the underlying time limits etc. are often a source of confusion.
