Whilst some members of staff continue to work remotely, CWD is very much open for business and is now able to provide face-to-face appointments, as well as taking instructions electronically and maintaining our usual work using technology.
We have been actively investing in our technology over the previous years, are completely able to operate remotely when and where necessary, and to access video and other communications links used by the courts and other organisations. If you need to contact us please do so using the usual email address for the individual with conduct of your matter in the first instance or using enquiries@cwd-law.com.

Services
Businesses are run for profit but, inevitably, they also run into problems both internally and externally. CWD can help your business resolve internal disputes arising between directors and/or shareholders within limited companies. We provide the same service in relation to partnership disputes and disputes within Limited Liability Partnerships.
CWD works extensively for Insolvency Practitioners and company directors in handling the many diverse legal issues that arise during a corporate restructure or an insolvency. Our own insolvency team can advise individuals or company directors on every type of insolvency regime, from voluntary arrangements at one end of the scale through administrations/receiverships to liquidations and bankruptcies at the other end of the scale.
Employment law is always evolving, affected by the politics of the day and the economic climate. At CWD we help both employers and employees navigate through the case law and legislation. We recognise that disputes arising in the workplace can be stressful and affect the health of individuals as well as the productivity of businesses.
At CWD we recognise that the breakdown of a relationship is one of the most traumatic events in a person's life. There will be the obvious emotional distress, and of course the worry of how the family assets will be divided, and who the children will live with, and how much time they should spend with the other parent.
Inevitably, the benefit of property ownership brings with it obligation - and sometimes burden. Disputes over property rights (whether between neighbours, joint occupiers or landlords and tenants) are common and draining in equal measure. If you are engaged in any property dispute, then Coyle White Devine can assist.

Thoroughly recommended. After moving away from a different firm with whom I became dissatisfied, Steve from Coyle White Devine Solicitors took over the case in mid proceedings, and with his practical, no-nonsense , straight talking and say it how it is approach he managed to get a very positive outcome for me. He was also there on hand whenever I needed advice or guidance, Thank you so much
