4, The patient toilet is out of use. Please come to your appointment unaccompanied (unless you are under 16y) and with minimal baggage. Once your visit is complete the receptionist will make your next appointment and discuss any treatment quotes. If you are able to pay via card this method is preferred to cash.

Went for a checkup with Alex today, it all went well with a thorough examination. As I have a partial denture some explanation was required about why I should pay particular attention to brushing in certain areas. A mirror was used to make this easier.
A friendly relaxed atmosphere as usual and quite a quick visit.
Further appointments were confirmed by the receptionist; we had a brief chat while details were texted by the nurse from upstairs.
I'd certainly recommend Carnegie Dental to friends.

I am probably the worst patient ever. My dentist has changed to Izzy. I attended yesterday for what I thought was a 3.30pm appointment. Mu actual appointment was 3pm. The reception team rang through and I was seen immediately. I had mot slept the previous night nor had I eaten due to nerves. What a lovely girl Izzy is, she was so gentle and explained everything and the best news was I don't need any further treatment other than a hygiene which I booked with Izzy. Don't know why I worried

In the past week I had two appointments with Carnegie staff. My regular hygiene session with Becca plus an unexpected appointment with Alex for a wisdom tooth extraction! Re the latter, I experienced severe pain in my tooth and jaw which was getting worse so I realised an emergency appointment was necessary. Reception staff at Carnegie gave me an appointment the day I rang, which was brilliant. I went to see Lizzy for a denture that I needed and I must say that she was truly outstanding with her service that she provided. She was extremely cheerful on arrival and she welcomed me with a big smile and gratitude. Her professionalism was exemplary and she did everything that I could ask for. She made me feel at ease and was very open to any questions I had for. Lizzy and her assistant are in my opinion the best you can hope for. Keep up the excellent work!!
