Recently moved into brand new house with AEG kitchen appliances. Freezer door broke. All items had 5 year guarantee, but in the builders name. Phoned AEG to get the guarantee re-registered in my name, and claim for new door. Got an AEG call centre employee who was of little help.
Phoned Hereford Kitchens, who had supplied the kitchen, spoke to Barry who was most willing to help. Within 2 or 3 days he had all the appliances re- registered in my name, and had been able to obtain the new door under guarantee. First class service!

Hereford kitchens have fitted our kitchen which we are very pleased with, Mark was able to sort out an electrition, plasterer kitchen fitter which took the pressure off us, everything arrived on time and fitted when he said it would be infact our fitter Stacey even finished before time and was very helpful and pleasant.
