Very nice people, and trustworthy (not something to say lightly when speaking about 2nd hand car dealers!)
The only small minus is not reliable at getting back to you when needed, but that's because they are deservedly incredibly busy and it's a tiny problem in the scheme of things.

Absolutely fantastic service from Lee and I’d recommend Clark’s Cars to anyone looking to buy a quality used car.
Good cars that sell themselves with no pushy tactics - you’re free to browse and talk to them when you’re ready...very refreshing.
My experience was excellent - the whole process was straightforward and relaxed, the way buying a car should be.

I bought a beautiful golf convertible from Lee yesterday. I have been buying cars from either Keith, Dan or Lee since I first started driving and as always, the service I receive from Clarks cars is impeccable. So much so that I recommend them to all my colleagues and friends who also give me great feedback on them. All the paperwork was done for me, all I had to do was get in the car and drive away in my gorgeous new car! Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic car buying experience, I can’t speak highly enough about this car dealer. From first contact on the phone, to collecting the keys and driving home. Their entire team were fantastic throughout the whole process, warm, friendly and professional. At no point was there any pressure or hard sell.
Car was as discribed, mechanically sound and the interior was valeted until it looked like new. Fully serviced and MOT what more could you ask for. I have no hesitation at all in highly recommending Clark’s Cars and will definitely be back for another. Well done Clark’s Cars!

I'm very impressed with the service that I have received from Clark's Cars, having traveled 150 miles down today to p/ex my car & pick up a new one. The whole process has been dealt with very professionally & although we had collectively not set eyes on either car I was very happy with Lee's honesty when giving me a price for my car, likewise my questions on the new car were answered culminating in a happy customer leaving the forecourt today! Clark's Cars are definitely worth travelling the extra miles for, I would recommend them to anyone who wants the personal, professional & honest service

Clarks Cars delivered amazing customer service, I personally dealt with Lee who was an absolute star. Professional, clear and very helpful. Lee went beyond his means to make us feel comfortable and we certainly did. The car was a dream to drive and very clean. The sorted out the service and MOT as it was coming up to its third year. Would highly recommend.

Rang to check availability of a car to be put on hold then told yes it’s here for you. Arrange to travel down to then be told it’s actually in the workshop. No offer to rearrange a viewing was discuss the poor service politely with the lady I spoke to only to be shouted at by the owner. No customer service skills at all won’t be spending my money here.
