The owner/ manager, manager and early learning practitioners and assistants of Stepping Stones Nursery School would like to extend a warm welcome to you and your child for visiting our website. Our nursery is located in Coatdyke, which is conveniently located on the boundary of Airdrie and Coatbridge.
Established in 2010, our nursery building, brand new garden room and five large outdoor play areas are purpose designed and maintained to an extremely high standard. The addition of our toddler's garden room with ramped access to its own garden, children's outdoor toilet & outdoor handwashing sinks, as well as a full major refurbishment of the indoor and outdoor play areas took place in 2020.

We are a privately owned nursery and an independent provider of high quality early learning and childcare for children aged between 6 months and 5 years. We also work in partnership with North Lanarkshire Council to deliver 1140 hours free childcare to all eligible children aged 3 to 5 years.

When you enrol your child at Stepping Stones Nursery School, you and your child will be introduced to the staff team who will be dedicated to the care and development of your child in their designated playroom. Your child will also be allocated a key-worker. This is a specific member of staff in the room who will help your child to settle in quickly and who will be your child's primary care giver in nursery.
