HydroHeat Underfloor Heating was established in 2017, utilising the knowledge and technical ability gathered through our time working within the industry. HydroHeat offers a wealth of experience with over 23 years combined expertise in underfloor heating. Our plan is to offer 5-star service to our clients, be it domestic or commercial, and provide high-quality products and technical advice.
HydroHeat have many ways in which we can quote for our customers and try to make it as easy as possible to get the quotes back to you. We can accept quotes via the telephone, emails, post or even WhatsApp. We can offer professional, on site assistance for a range of things from help to problems all we require is it is booked in with one of our external engineers.
Screed systems rely on thermal conductivity to transfer heat from pipework encased in screed to the floor finish. These systems are ideal for ground floor underfloor heating in both new build and existing properties along with extensions and conservatories. Recent advancements within the building industry now mean that a screed system is not just a ground floor solution and are now being implemented on upper floor levels as well.
These systems are used with a joist or batten floor and have a variety of applications depending on the scenario. Using either an aluminium heat emission plate or a foil coated insulation board suspended between the joists, these systems offer an efficient solution to dry floor constructions and have effective application to both new and existing properties.
Our floating floor systems are designed to accommodate applied loads with minimum compression. Using high-density XPS insulation our floating floor systems are able to withstand both occasional and long-term static loads. These systems can be laid directly onto an existing floor making them suitable for renovations and installations on upper floor levels.

During the first lockdown I was in the process of refurbishing a basement prone to flooding. This is the only firm I could find that would help design and supply a heated floor. Tom Kavanagh became an essential part of my life until it was all designed and fitted and warmly purring away. I have never fitted anything like this and invested heavily in a beautifully tiled floor covering, I was very anxious throughout. Tom was very patient and answered my every call. I am very satisfied with the end product and the service could not have been better. Thank you Tom and all.
