I have always received an excellent service from Pegasus at Burton since we started using their drivers in 2001. I have always found the office staff and the drivers they send to be friendly and reliable. Above all, we receive a service, which is personal, which inspires trust and confidence. I have been driving Class One trucks with Pegasus for about ten years now on and off.

I originally signed up with the Mansfield branch in 2016 after getting made redundant along with 2 other agencies. Sarah and Paige were very welcoming and easy to work with but that year was a very quiet one… and I didn’t get enough work so had to get a full time job. I kept in touch with Paige and after getting made redundant again this year they put me in to work again and have been getting plenty. I like the fact that they both always have time to talk, in my opinion they are both honest and upfront, both very helpful and have catered to my needs. I have just gone temp to perm.

I worked for Pegasus from Jan 2011 until Jan 2014. The only reason I left was due to moving to Scotland and there not being an office up here for me to continue with them. Whilst working with the Coalville office I found the staff to be thoroughly professional and approachable. The amount of work was always varied and usually long term and booked… well in advance to aid with personal planning. The pay rates were and are excellent and always paid promptly. If you had any problems or emergencies at anytime work or home the office was contactable and on hand 24 hours a day to help sort them
