Excellent service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Held my partners surprise birthday party here and from the start of organising this and to end of it, communication was brilliant. so accommodating and so patient.

Pub/restaurant in a lovely village setting. Very warm welcome, attentive staff - but never obtrusive. We had Sunday lunch on our 1st visit, which offered a very good range of dishes - I had a very tasty, properly cooked as pasta should be, king prawn linguini - alongside 2 traditional roast with all the trimmings and approximately 8 sensibly portioned accompanying veg. The main menu available on other days is very extensive and smacks of a business that really knows their business! Real ales, good quality, range and sensibly priced wine list - by the glass or bottle. Very atmospheric, relaxing

The owner ensured we were seated in a quieter area in the restaurant knowing our circumstances with covid. He spoke to us with such passion and dignity, we felt really welcomed and safe by all members. We cannot wait to come again to such a lovely environment. Thank you so much for making our afternoon so lovely, we are really looking forward to coming back again.
