Lack of communication - no effort was made to confirm cancellation of viewing (failed emails, and no call), and we were told our viewing was the first viewing taking place at the property, only to later find out it had been available to view the previous day. We would have been very happy to view it then and made clear we would like to see it as soon as possible.

My partner and I have recently moved houses with the help of Eden Harper in Battersea. The whole process was very smooth from the start of arranging viewings of the properties up to the moving in date. As we all know moving houses can be stressful and our agent Adriana, has been a great support, always responsive and helpful, she would go an extra mile to ensure our moving in process would be as smooth as possible. We have moved around London a few time through estate agents and working with Eden Harper in Battersea was the best experience by far.

By far and away the best estate agents I have ever come across. They made the process of selling my property easy. From valuation through to completion, the service provided was excellent. I dealt with Richard and Tom - they basically sorted everything out and walked me through each step along the way. They were across every detail - extremely efficient and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. Really decent, down to earth guys who are easy to communicate with... definitely not your typical estate agents... Thank-you Eden Harper!
