Our philosophy here at Sovereign Home Improvements is to make sure each customer receives the best possible level of service and quality of work from start to finish. However, don't just take our word for it. Our simple and functional window designs are ideal for every home. The traditional casement window is the most popular design in the UK coming complete with Police recommended locking system as standard.
The Sovereign Home Improvements team is a well-oiled machine (not literally!) and we are co-ordinated by Abbie our Office manager. Each Building team is trained to respect both your home and the environment, ensuring we offer the highest level of service to all our customers and clients. In addition, we pride ourselves on and the quality of our 'end product' and are very proud of the reviews we receive for our work.
However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied. To ensure we are able to put things rights as soon as we can, please read our customer complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction. As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.

TERRIBLE This company left us in the lurch with an unfinished building project. The work was done on the cheap and not to the highest standard. They were unreliable, we had many snagging issues along the way they did not want to resolve. Walls had been erected without the sufficient insulation. The Cladding had been put on the external slates directly rather than on a layer of master boarding and all had to be removed and redone. So much of their work had to be re-done in order to pass the necessary building controls. Avoid.

The team did a good job of replacing a large feature window spanning two floors, as well as the others in my property. They're a professional group who were willing to work out solutions to any problem, especially compared to other companies. Prices are fair, and my new UPVC windows look great. Special thanks to Bill for being so accommodating and for the good communication throughout.

Work was required on a partial garage conversion, with a complete time of 3 months as a new baby was arriving. Upon contacting the company through CheckaTrade I received a quick response from the company. They arranged to visit the works and promised to provide a quote there and then for what I needed. The gentleman, Bill Reynolds, was polite and very accommodating to what I needed. He sat and calculated the costs of the works based upon various information that he had form the company. Sovereign took on a one storey extension job which was already started by a rogue builder.
They had to make some ‘adjustments’ to the poor work that they took over from. Nothing seemed a problem for them. They were nothing but professional from start to finish, and kept us informed daily for what was happening each day/week.
I would recommend them and use them again. 10/10
