I'm forced to use Optimity as that's the only option in my office building. I moved offices within the building in January 2019, they've charged me £150 for that. I am moving offices within the building now, just received a quote for £1200. Called their customer support who could not either break down or explain the charge to me, quoting things that we both knew don't need to be done (site survey – every single office in my building has Optimity infrastructure). If you can go with someone else, just go with someone else.

It use to be pebble.it, thats who we had a contract with overnight they are Optimity.
I had an it problem I asked for help, 3 days no reply.
I asked them to get off our Microsoft account because I can be an admin since there is no way we can actually get in touch with them. Still nothing, I am trying to get a Microsoft account to one of our employees.
They are an absolute Joke.
To get 1 microsoft licence I send 4 emails and called them twice in last 4 days, guess what I STILL DON'T HAVE IT.
Also I can't purchase it on my account because OPTIMITY HAVE TO APPROVE IT!!!

Where do I start?
If you can, look for an alternative supplier, there is still room for improvement here.
During the lockdown, whilst on furlough, our contract was automatically extended for 12 months because we didn't give a 90 day notice period that we wanted to leave. Apparently, 60 or 30 days isn't enough. There was no care for the fact that business was forced to close by the government and unable to take care of small details such as this.
There have been a large amount of issues with our internet connectivity, especially during lock down, which came with the standard excuse that there

Terrible experience with Optimity, after being passed from one project manager to another and wasting 6 months and getting nowhere, we cancelled the order and we could not go any longer as a business with no internet. Now they want us to pay them for the privilege.

Highly frustrated customer. I have been waiting for an upgraded Internet line since I signed the Optimity contract 14 Feb 2019. Its now 3 May 2019 and I am still waiting. Apparently it was due to a mix up with the datacentre to provision the circuit with Colt, I need this resolved ASAP as it is hampering my business.

Been using for 1 year now at Liverpool Street, has really changed our work, as the old connection was so slow. I love the SLA as we can pick up the phone if there's any problems, its maybe gone down 3 times in the last year, but it always been resolved very quickly

Despite my pleads, our business keeps getting spammed by this thoroughly unscrupulous "business". I cannot imagine how they can provide a valuable and respectful customer service to any business given their shocking marketing practices.
