I have been very impressed with the service from Alan & Angela. We’ve had quite a few issues with our new build house since moving in and have found that red van plumbers have been extremely helpful and more than pleasant to deal with compared to the others so thank you. Appalling service. Contacted a week ago for replacement circulating pump for district heating scheme. Ops Director Jamie Howard meant to be finding out about the part. Emailed and called several times to follow up but was always told by very polite and helpful colleagues he was on the phone and would call back. After 3 days of no response I told them that an 85 year old in one house and a family with a baby in another were without heat and hot water and could they come back to us as we were getting desperate? Still no reply. In fact, if we hadn't contacted Slough Plumbing 4 days after our initial

Great service from start to finish.
Toilet was broken (cistern not filling up properly and very loud after flushing). Called The Red Van Plumbers and booked an appointment.
They arrived on time, wearing a face mask and sanitised hands before entering. The plumber also put covers over his shoes, which was good as I didn't need to ask him to take his shoes off.
The issue with the toilet was with the siphon. The plumber was able to fix there and then as he had a spare on his van.
Very professional and friendly service. We always use this company and have never had a bad experience. A1++++
