We're a group of people from varying backgrounds and careers including hospitality, leisure and sales. There is a common trend that runs through us all - we're all 'people' people and we love what we do! We don't force people into roles or companies that aren't suitable - we match people and businesses with the same values and meet each other's requirements and expectations.
Here at The Sterling Choice, we don't profess to have a magic wand and don't offer gimmicks to gain your business. We truly believe that recruitment is a simple process, but often conducted by inadequate consultants.

Far too often are you, the candidate, treated as someone to help an agent 'fill a job'. I have used The Sterling Choice to find placements within large Food Manufacturers where they has extensive contacts. In terms of finding me the right candidates; the guys listen to what is wanted, make sure the job spec is fully understood, and save me time and energy by only sending applicants who match what I'm looking for.
From my personal experience in looking for jobs, The Sterling Choice team really try to find the role that meets my requirements and will be a good fit for me, rather than just pushing whatever jobs are on their books at the time.

You know when you receive those annoying calls, where you haven't even looked at a job, yet someone thinks you fit the profile???
Well I got one of those, from a very polite and professional young lady called Annaliese, from a recruitment agency I'd previously not came across.
After the usual of describing what I do & don't want in my next career move, I waited for the typical offer of several jobs that definitely fitted the "I don't want category"... Then after a short pause Annaliese threw me a curve ball.... Sean, I think I've got the job your looking
