Disgusting customer service.Agreed on Thursday to purchase vehicle, rang on Friday to confirm vehicle still for sale(even offered a deposit which was declined),rang again Saturday to let them know we would be an hour late because of the snow,was told by Ron"not to worry take your time ",sets off up the M6 to macclesfield and gets a call from Ron an hour into our journey who says the car has sold,some guy turned up and bought it while we were travelling???Fuming,couldn't make this up!Disgusting behaviour by a so called respectable dealer,Kramer awaits!!!
