We first used this company twenty-five years ago to have new double glazing and we received fantastic customer service but unfortunately this all seems to have changed. In the summer of 2018 we had a new stable door fitted. We were surprised how expensive the door was but went with them due to the service we had previously received. Within 12 months we had to call them back twice once for the lock and again as the door had dropped on its hinges. Well the door has dropped again but this time, despite having a FENSA ten year guarantee they want to charge us a call out fee of £88 just to inspect

I reported a faulty exterior door back in October. Nothing was done about it then. After the business reopened earlier this year, there was no follow up. I had to go to see them again. I was told by the owner that he was going to have a look at the door on the following morning (despite the pics being sent previously as he asked). He never turned up and never called with the explanation why. No respect to someone‘s time at all.
I went to the shop again, no apology nor explanation given but he went with me at that point to look at the door. He saw how badly damaged it was and said he was going

Complete con artist - Alan will attempt to be very nice after install but when problems with shoddy windows and doors occur he explained he “didn’t need this s**t “ and drops a bill in after a repair despite a 10 year guarantee days later.Trading standards need to have a look into his practices. There are a trend of happy new customers and those where problems have occurred from the below. Buyer beware.
