We are now the owners of the Possession limited edition platinum bands with VVS2 pavé diamond inlay. These are my favorite Piaget pieces.
We had private attention, and had a private upstairs salon opened for our use. Our shopping experience was epic.
Our sales attendant opened two bottles of complimentary champagne to celebrate the acquisition of our new heritage pieces. My spouse loved the chocolate boxes they laid out for us.
This is definitely the place for your wildest engagement dreams. The staff is incredibly professional, welcoming and memorable.

Asking 4000.00 for watch repair and after 6 months and not responsive to my requests for more pictures and information, I find them to be very disappointing. I still don't have my watch back for 7 months. much as they exult about their professionalism, they are the opposite. BEWARE, when dealing with the USA conciergerie

I am astounded at the lack of professionalism and disregard towards customer service and follow through regarding repairs of what I considere a luxury item...
I spoke to someone who assured me I would get an answer from her by the end of day, she apologized multiple times for the fact that despite my call in 4 days prior and two emails, I am STILL waiting for an answer. My piece was sent from the USA to Switzerland and still after the allotted time, no one can provide the quote or answer. Unacceptable. Will initiate legal action and file a complaint. BUYER BE AWARE if you are seeking service on

I got a Piaget watch last year and it came with 3 bands from Taiwan. I brought it to this store (in NYC) to change out the bands after the first one basically got worn into the ground. They worked fast (30 minutes) and did a great job. Honestly, it's a Piaget watch... for that price, this place should always get a 5 star. If not, complain. A lot.

I'm a huge fan of Piaget . . . a couple of years ago I didn't even know that they did jewelry, but once I'd seen it, I was hooked! Honestly, I think their design is on par with that of Cartier, VC&A or HW, and their prices are far more reasonable.
The staff at the 5th avenue location are all quite friendly and knowledgeable about the different collections, and they're quick to let you try stuff on. They can even do charge-send, in case you don't have a Piaget near you, as this little piggy unfortunately does not (/(oo)\)
