Peter O'Hare Limited is a general Building Contractor firm founded by Peter and Karen O'Hare in 1988. We provide an excellent quality building service in both the private and public sector carrying out Refurbishment, Improvement and Maintenance works. We have steadily expanded our business and recently moved into the new build development sector.

Peter O'Hare carries out a wide range of Refurbishments and Extensions in the Public and Private Sector that vary in size and complexity With projects including the Scout Hall in Hillsborough, Windsor Women's Centre, Belfast, Braeside Community House in Dungannon, Patrician Youth Centre, Downpatrick, Dromara Primary School and St. Mary's University to name a few.

We have an excellent working relationship with Northern Ireland Housing Executive and have proven delivery of schemes concurrently and in multiple locations. Currently we are carrying out bathroom and kitchen replacements and external cyclical maintenance works in the South and East area of Belfast and in Shankill area, Belfast.

The works include new kitchen wall and base units and worktops with choice of 3 colours, new kitchen sink and mixer tap (both hot and cold water can be drawn at the same time), wall tiling between the base and wall units, new vinyl floor covering with choice of 3 colours, new extractor fan or cooker hood, re-plaster of entire kitchen, paint to walls, ceiling and woodwork and rewiring of sockets and lights with choice of 2 light fittings for kitchen ceiling.
