We were 2 adults and 2 young children and had a fabulous week's stay in one of the cottages. The cottage felt remote and yet was only 20-25 mins from York. Night times were spent relaxing in front of the wee fire, barbequing or outside stargazing and listening to the sounds of the countryside. Judy could not have been a more attentive host and really went out of her way to make our stay very enjoyable.
