My sister had taken a property with this disgraceful and disrespectful fraudulent company they left her with out hot water and heating for weeks before sorting it out (which is against the law) She had to personally go to the office in order to get in to communication with them whilst having a new born child, as they were purposely ignoring and reading her text messages and not responding.
