I'm a contractor and for the first time I've found an agency who actually get IR35 !! There is so much confusion out there it is wonderful to find someone who can explain the options open to me - it has totally restored my faith in recruiters. I have noticed that this agency floods the job portals with fake job adverts. They ask lot of questions about the team and managers. They ask for reference along with your CV. They say the clients needs it. The recruiter did not have a clue of what the role requires and the skill set. I knew the minute he started talking that he is liar!
The truth, there is no job role, no client, it’s all fake advert to capture YOUR manager and team details. I wished recruitment agencies are regulated so these guys can be braught to justice for wasting job hunters time at these difficult times the country is
