My girlfriend was ripped off bottles of drink was stolen off her .His driving was to fast & dangerious ,he was intimidating & very agressive with her she felt in danger by him..when she rang manager he was very dismisive none helpfull ...She never use this company again they have lost a longterm customer ...

I have a booking with you and I’m fuming this has been on your system since last year I have called 10 times or probably more every weekend you send a taxi out to me and I cancelled these journeys by ringing the company and your staff telling me it’s cancelled and then the next weekend comes and a driver comes out delete my account all you do is cause me stress by ringing me at 12 I’ve had enough did inform you with an email but guess again you didn’t reply you sent another taxi out so no more take me off your system !!! Absolute joke

Having used them for a couple of years on a very regular basis, at least twice a week, I have to say they are very prompt and polite, both the drivers and the people who take the bookings, I just have to phone and they know what I want, although I do surprise them sometimes !!! They will know what I mean. The drivers are very patient with me, I have limited mobility due to COPD, help me out of the car and put my shopping in etc. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you so much Lin Tharme

My sister was feeling ill so she called to book a taxi to the hospital (a specific hospital which we made clear to the operator) . The taxi driver drove us to the wrong hospital and then charged us for the full trip to both hospitals. When we argued this he became very aggressive and rude which is disgusting considering my sister was in the back of the car wheezing and out of breath. She gave up and paid him the full amount but as soon as she was out of the car she just burst into tears. He told us if we had a complaint to call the office. I called the manager and she was completely uninterested

I use this firm regularly to travel to Bristol Parkway in the morning at 6/7am. Most of the time the service is great but it’s unfortunate there are times like this morning where drivers think it’s ok to show up 20 minute after booking time without informing you and with no apology from the driver. This was after the operator asked me what time train I had booked when I made my booking the night before. This level of service is not acceptable so I wouldn’t recommend using these guys if you have a train to catch! This mornings experience will make me reconsider what taxi firm I use in the

Taxi came on time, but then drove 10mph under the speed limit, or slower the whole way, despite the roads being clear. Stopped for a bird to fly past us, (?!?) and repeated, when told we had to be somewhere- that there “was no rush” for us to get to our destination.
We were 15 mins late for the baptism we were traveling to.

I don't think I can express in words just how disgusted I am with this company. Its a shame we have to give them one star because I would even contemplate submitting a lawsuit against this company.
Shockingly bad. I rang them the night before to book for an exam, stressed the Taxi had to be there on time as I need taxi for an exam. They assured me this would be Okay and the Taxi did not turn up. I had booked the Taxi for 8am I chased up at 8.10 and they said the taxi was held up in traffic and would be with me in 15 minutes it showed up 20 minutes later at 8.30.
When I got I spoke to the Taxi
