On 17th June I left this review on FACEBOOK but Merricks have removed this view so I thought I would repost on goggle.
I have asked my Barrister to seek their insurance details to make a claim for negligence and they have refused to supply their insurance details in the time set out.
Its is a legal requirement to supply theses details on request.
To date we are still having excuses andthat my files are still being retrieved from there archives HOW LONG DO THIS TAKE? Its nearly another month on!!!!
