Excellent place to do business. Simpsons have really gone above-and-beyond, and demonstrated a warm personal touch. I can thoroughly recommend them. Sharp practice. Dealer made no mention of the costs involved when I handed over my car. They had offered a free MOT and service when I bought the car. I called up and they asked if it was concerning the complimentary MOT and service. Later they phoned to say the car needed a wheel. Cost was £72. Agreed over the phone. When I picked up the car, they gave me a bill for £397.59. They had given the car a full service without consulting me or discussing price, or giving me an option to decline. This was an undeclared service I found out about when presented with the bill. I'd give this dealership

Having bought an approved used car I found on the day of collection it hadn't been serviced as they claimed. These omissions would have invalidated the Skoda backed warranty as the car hadn't been serviced according to Skoda requirements.
They put the car back through the workshop to complete the outstanding work, soIso accepted the car after a 3 hour delay.
I drove the car home only to experience the airbag failure warning lights coming on, and upon further inspection signs of a repair to the front of the car that hadn't been disclosed.
So, this was my first and last dealing with Simpsons,

Chose Simpsons as my local dealer was not my cup of tea. Contacted Simpson and straight away I felt comfortable. I explained my differences with my local dealer and was reassured they would meet my expectations.
I have now had my work completed and I am very pleased. All the staff I have spoken to were knowledgeable, polite and honest.
My bill was as expected. The complementary checks were not hunting for work.
I would and will highly recommend them.

I bought a second hand Octavia from another dealer but it has had all its work and services done here so I wanted to carry on. The service department have been nothing but helpful. I’ve always done the work on… our car’s ourself so not used to the luxury treatment. Always a pleasure to go and never have any concerns even when my car breaks last minute when collecting it. (No fault of there’s it just decided to throw a hissy fit) Thankyou from my self and Snow White as my daughter calls her.

I just bought Skoda Rapid from Simpsons and the experience I had was absolutely excellent.
I live in London and I didn't consider buying a car from so far away, but when I showed an interest in one of their cars, they have made a personalized video of the car and sent it to me next day in the morning. I loved it!
I put deposit down and after a week the car was ready for collection.
I had to travel all the way from London. Paul was so kind he collected me from the station, we had a test ride in my new car, he also offered me beverages, explained everything and answered every question.
