We have a long and well established international practice with particular specialisations in child abductions and relocation applications.
We have members of the Law Society Children Panel and Resolution, including an accredited Resolution specialist. We are Lexcel accredited and have a contract with the Legal Aid Agency, which means that we can provide legal aid services where the client is eligible. We provide to all our clients, whether legally aided or privately paying, a professional and efficient service.

Services
We offer a comprehensive specialist service in all aspects of family law and family mediation. Sephona Isaacs Polson, Sonya Gibbs and Lucy Verity are the three equity partners. They work with a team of assistant and trainee solicitors, and paralegals, together with 2 very experienced consultants, Simonetta Agnello Hornby, one of the founding partners, and Corraine Sadd.
For privately paying clients, we charge 700 plus VAT and disbursements (including a court fee of 410) for a straightforward divorce with no ancillary children and/or financial issues or other complicating factors. Please contact us to find out whether this service might be available to you.
