Situated on the outskirts of Peterborough, with over 20 years' experience in all aspects of brand marketing, direct mail and pick & pack fulfilment, Hercules can offer an expert approach at a cost effect rate. Our team from sales to fulfilment are highly focused and the approach we take is simple, we are a partner to our customers not just a supplier.

With that approach the goals of our customers become the goals of Hercules. I would ask customers for a number rating (1 being terrible, 5 being fantastic, for example) just because I want to give you guys 5 stars! I was the most happy with this service - we had a slight issue where some key documents were not picked up at the scheduled time from our office, thus putting Hercules about 1 day behind.

Our story started way back in 1991 when Steve Grys began Hercules Direct Marketing. In the early days the main focus of the business was to provide quality data to customers for mailing, this business has subsequently grown over the years to become the company it is today.

We have seen many changes along the way and over the last decade, one of the key changes has been to develop and implement a pick and pack / order processing operation heavily supported by various ISO accreditations as well as MHRA.Since 2008 we have been located in a purpose built industrial estate, providing both the room, flexibility, security and ease of access to the major road networks needed for the businesses of today.
With the ongoing demand to online shopping, the need is greater than ever to ensure you have a fulfilment partner who can meet and grow with the demands of your business. Hercules have been partnering with businesses for number of years in their e-commerce fulfilment and believe we have a package to suit any business, whether a start up with 1 SKU to a multinational company with 1000's of SKU's.
Our purpose built business location situated on the outskirts of Peterborough offers the perfect secure surroundings for the fulfilment and storage of your materials. All fulfilment and logistical activities are completed within our in house fulfilment areas which follow a strict quality assurance process no matter how big or small the task at hand may be.
