Newmech Services Limited established in 2004 supplies complete solutions from concept to delivery of packaged equipment including Design, Engineering and Fabrication Services supporting the commercial, industrial and offshore industries. Our engineers provide maintenance support on a wide range of equipment including power generation, bio-gas engines, diesel engines and mobile offshore equipment.
Newmech Services Limited also maintain bio-gas sites with MWM / Deutz machines which are operated on a 24-hour continuous cycle and only ever stop for maintenance purposes. We carry out regular interval servicing in line with maintenance schedules as well as necessary repairs, overhauls and attend to emergency breakdowns quickly and efficiently to allow minimal downtime for the customer.
We have a dedicated FabricationTeam with multi coded welding facilities with procedures approved by Lloyds and DNV. Our workshop has a 125-tonne x 4m CNC press brake, 3m x 10mm guillotine, profile burning, band saw and TIG plants. We have designed and manufactured various toolboxes to fit Massey Ferguson and New Holland Tractors.
Newmech Services have a range of approved and available Design Review Reports with DNV/Lloyds and also have the facility to design and manufacture a bespoke structure to meet the client's specifications be it skid frames, containers and/or enclosures.

Our latest manufactured product is our own Safe Area 1500 cfm Diesel Driven High-Pressure Compressor which is suitable for use in a designated Safe Area. We have designed this machine with ease of operation and maintenance access high on our customer's priority requirements.
