Bal graduated from Queen Mary's University (London) with first class honours in 1976 and completed his master's degree the following year at the same institution. After beginning his accountancy career and completing his training with C.T. Harwood & Co, he later founded Johal & Co in 1985. Since then, the practice has enjoyed sustained growth and is now a long-established and leading chartered accountancy firm in West London.
Dalvir was awarded a bachelor's honours degree in Accountancy from Dundee University in 2002 and then went on to successfully complete a master's degree in Management, Economics and International Relations from St Andrews University the following year.
Having spent many summer holidays working in the family accountancy practice, he decided he also wanted to pursue a career within the profession and commenced a chartered accountancy training contract in Glasgow at PwC within Audit and Assurance.

Awful experience. Definitely recommend not to trust them.
I went there looking for a local accountant just because of the convenience, but the experience was horrible.
I wanted to set up my limited company, for what I gave my requirements: name and number of shares.
When I received the documentation I found that the name had a typo mistake, and the number of shares was one instead of 100 that I asked for.
On top of that, they gave me the direct debit form straight away to fill with my personal account and I had to tell them that they were company expenses and I should send the money from my
