Services
We can also offer a 'specialist report' if required by a surveyor during the house buying process. This service is available to both Vendor & Buyer. We understand that an adverse survey can delay the process. Once the property has had a survey, specialist reports can be requested for the roof. This can of course delay the mortgage being offered.
