Edmund Carr has dedicated staff to deal with bookkeeping and we use various industry approved software packages. Our insurance backed tax investigation service offers peace of mind and cover against the cost of our professional fees arising out of defending HMRC disputes including those into Personal Tax, Corporation Tax, VAT and PAYE.
We are actively seeking an experienced senior to join our audit and accounts team. The department continues to grow, and we are keen to recruit an enthusiastic candidate with a strong work ethic and technical knowledge. We pride ourselves in providing a professional service to all our clients. The position offered is full-time with a competitive salary dependent on qualification and experience.
I have worked in practice since 2009, completing my AAT and ACA qualifications at a smaller firm before joining Edmund Carr in 2018. I work in the audit team, completing accounts, audit and tax work for a variety of clients, both in terms of size and industry. This is not only interesting, but also helps to keep my knowledge and skills up to date in different areas.
Edmund Carr was established in 1953. Five of our current Partners started their own career in accountancy as trainees in this very Practice. Today the firm has around 50 personnel and provides a friendly environment in which our trainees prosper with the guidance of other staff members and the opportunity to gain a wealth of work experience from our varied portfolio of clients.
