Here at InGold Recruitment we have a position available for a General Labourer to join a well established Tamworth based company. We are currently looking to recruit warehouse operatives for a very busy company based in Tamworth. Ongoing work, Monday to Friday: 7 pm - Finish (approximately 3 am). Weekends are also available at a premium rate of 17.
We turned to InGold over 2 years ago and in that time they have found six individuals ranging from shop floor to degree qualified people who are all now on full time contracts with our company and making great contributions to our business as it continues to grow. We have been very impressed with the service we received and particularly how quickly they understood our requirements.

Having taken up semi retirement last year, I was just looking for part time work to fill the gap till fully retiring. After contacting Ingold, within a week they found me a placement working 25 hours per week , 7.45 - 12.45 , Mon - Fri. Absolutely ideal. After working for the client for just over a year, I have just been taken on by them on the same 25 hours contract. Result all round. I have never had an issue with pay, holiday or any other problem with Ingold, totally professional all round. I would like to finish by saying a BIG thank you to Carla, Deb and the rest of the team for everything

If you need to deal with a job agency and deal with staff who really want to help in a professional manner that Gold Recruitment is the best job agency in Tamworth by a country mile.
I moved to Tamworth just over a year ago and didn't really know where to start. I went into Gold and they helped me straight away. I started work the very next day and got work every day for the coming year.

Whilst waiting for furlough to end, I
joined Ingold to fill the gap of being at home, I was placed at two companies as temporary cover which the last company I worked for treated me as one of their own. It wasnt my usual admin work but was a different experience which I thoroughly enjoyed. The staff at Ingold was helpful with everything including helping me with any enquiries I had. Cannot thank them enough.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, Value
I’ve rang up 4 times now and still haven’t received payment from work. All I get told is someone will call in the next hour and nobody does. It’s been two weeks and still no sign of payment. Very rude attitude and disrespectful! I would advise to never go with this agency.

My son has worked thru the whole of lockdown for InGold and has been kept up to date with any changes I find you work for them and do your best you'll be sure to find your permanent job like my son has 👌👌👌👌 He has never let them down and his pay has always been on time and correct. Have yet to start working with them however based on my current experience they deserve a 5 star review on the basis of:
Open Communication/Flexible - So far my impression is that this company has great communication channels and is flexible with their clients.
For example: I informed them that I am going through another interview process and whether they can delay any job opportunities until I have a verdict. Carla was more than happy on taking my personal needs into consideration and allowed me the opportunity of pursuing other leads during my hunt.

I signed up to In Gold 8 weeks ago solely to fill the gap while searching for a permanent job, subsequently I was placed at AAC, One Plastics the following day.
I was given the choice of a range of shifts giving me the flexibility to continue attending job interviews while I worked. I have also had no issues with pay and received payslips each week.
