Not professional staff, Bullying(manager), hostile person and unfriendly environment.
I had a shift a year ago the women called me a racist, the manager with dark hair!!! and a bob she made me cry completely.… She is an evil person who is completely toxic and stressed who puts her energy onto her clients. Im shocked she is still there.
The atmosphere is Very false and fake... Furthermore the managers are stressed and dont even smile when you walk in the shop how disgraceful.
This place is a toxic feminine place which should already be bloody shut down- they are bullies bullies bullies bullies

I moved to the area recently and have tried out various hairdressers in Hatch End. I have to say Krosbie & Co. are miles above the rest. They cut both my daughters hair and did an amazing job! I just had my hair coloured and cut and the service and end product was beyond my expectations! So pleased to have found “my” hair dresser! Thank you so much ladies! You’re all wonderful!!
