I am a Dorking resident , and went into the office yesterday to get a passport photo signed by an accountant, and i offered to happily pay any amount.
Well what a terrible reception i got, lots of people milling around decorating a Christmas tree , but no Christmas joy in this place, they blankly refused me any help.
With the COVID 19 Situation i did not want to disturb my local doctor or friends in the police as they have better thing to do, But these Fat Cats are way to busy earning huge fees for more presents around their Tree to help a local guy get his passport photo stamped to visit a sick
