James Duggan just supported us with a mortgage refinance in record time. The communication, largely digitally, was very good, including the JMW app which made it easy to follow the required steps and know when the ball was and was not in your court. I have had an amazing experience with Beth and Amanda who handled the conveyancing of our home. They were attentive and responded as necessary. At no time were we let down in the process although because of our own situation, it seemed to take forever.

Sad to have bad experience with JMW. I live in Singapore, recently my property going in the stage of completion. This is my first property purchase in UK and i need guidance.
But the lawyers are not helpful and not responsive to questions at all. I thought getting a bank loan is the most time consuming and difficult part, but ended up is my own legal representative is the one causing most of the delay and make me feel like I am alone.
Back to early days of purchase, I noticed that the floor plan in the contract is different from what it supposed to be. I didn't sign it and trigger them a few

Had a great experience with JMW buying a house as a first time buyer. Team was professional, friendly, and efficient.
Had the typical stress of buying a house from brokers being useless to pushy sellers in a separate chain although Amanda and Beth always had my back and were in full control of the situation. Made the entire experience significantly less stressful knowing you have a competent and approachable conveyancer team behind your purchase. Needless to say, we completed on time for a price which is significantly more competitive than other conveyancer services.
