First class service from Shawstone. They offered a competitive quote on the Cimstone worktops that we were after (3 pieces - L shaped cabinet run, Kitchen Island, Utility Room counter) and their communication and customer service have been top notch throughout the process. The fitting was done to a high standard and we're delighted with the results. Very pleased we went with Shawstone and would highly recommend.

Worked with these guys for some stone countertops in a boat refit- There were problems at first... But, as is often the case, problems can bring a good review not a bad one. The owners went out of their way to make things rights and contacted us squarely not trying to deny of "Victim Blame" We are still waiting for the final product but are pleased with the way they tried to make things right.

I would thoroughly recommend Shaw Stone to anyone who is looking at Quartz worktops. Everyone was very helpful from our first look at the vast selection they have to choose from to quickly replying to email questions whilst we made decisions on what we wanted. The fitters were very polite and friendly and did a wonderful job making sure everything was just right. They worked cleanly and in a COVID secure way. I love my new worktops thank you Shaw Stone.

We needed an off cut of Quartz Stone to make an island worktop. The choice was obviously limited due to being off cuts however we found the colour and size we needed with the aid of very helpful and friendly staff. Once chosen we took away a sample just to make sure and reserved the off cut.
Colour was perfect minor adjustment to size and a few more questions then order completed over telephone. Worktop was ready within 3 working days but we could not pick it up for a few days. We fitted the worktop following advice from staff. Looks great wife very happy!!!

I was a little nervous at first, due to this one negative comment on Qype but after having the experience with Shaw Stone's service I can say that I was proved wrong. The lads who came and did the fitting were really polite and professional, and the finish was just fantastic! I've completely fallen in love with my kitchen all over again ;) Thanks Shaw Stone!

I had a great experience with shaw stone ltd and from start to finish they were incredibly helpful. They were able to install my granite worktop according to my specific design wishes and am more than satisfied with the level of service I received as well as the quality of the finished product! Great job!
