I called InnTouch (recommended by a friend) when my (now ex) accountant refused to in any way flexible but still overcharged me when compared to other Accountants. Mark pulled the documents I needed together in record time, and I have now contracted InnTouch to manage my business accounts moving forward. Great, friendly, flexible, helpful service!

Extremely disappointed with the company. As a new business we put our trust in them in order to guide us in the right way with regards to all tax liabilities. By doing this we have now been threatened with a VAT penalty due to incorrect submission. We were promised easy access to the accountant when questions were being raised but struggled to get any communication from Mark and his staff when contacting them for updates. When promised a visit for updates they didn't happen. We now feel to be back at square one where sorting out the accounts are concerned.
