Tried to visit today to ask advice and to book treatments, the door was on a safety latch, no problem with that, but surely the member of staff should have been sitting at the desk to open up for any customer who may pass instead of sitting down the salon playing on her phone, shame as this place has attracted some good reviews and I thought it worth spending some money here, now I shall have to go elsewhere.

I love this place. I am a regular for hair, nails and massage and was enjoying a massage when the lady who left the negative review below, ranted and raved. I was so impressed with the patience of the staff, despite the lady with the group on voucher clearly just being after a free haircut. It's so rare to get great customer service, this was a blatant attempt at a freebie. I felt bad for the staff who go out of their way to provide a lovely experience. I however was extremely happy.

Tried this hairdressers via a Groupon voucher. The stylist was inept and the owner and her daughter insisted on maintaining the stylist was competent when clearly she was clueless. I had to go to another hairdresser to put the shoddy cut right. The second hairdresser was horrified and showed me all the technical errors that had been made. Not happy with the attitude of the owner who supported her stylist rather than acknowledging the lack of professional service. Having paid someone to put it right, I returned to get a refund. Avoid.
