I took out car insurance for my classic car two days before it was needed. In those first two days I had no communication requesting any form of clarification regarding the details I had given. On the day my car insurance started I received a text from Sterling saying I needed to call them otherwise my insurance may become invalid. When I called Sterling I was asked to clarify where I would be keeping my car overnight.
