Was given details for this firm from my previous insurer after they told me they couldn't provide adequate cover for a garden room I had built. Called them for a quote and was told someone would call me back later that day or the following day. I made it clear that it was fairly urgent as I was currently under insured. No callback was received and I had to ring them again. Once again I was told someone would ring me back later in the day, unfortunately no one did. Gave up with them and looked elsewhere. Clearly they don't really care about their customers. Very, very poor service.
