We take the hassle out of finding permanent staff, whether that's a single practitioner or a whole team for a new room. We'll source candidates from our extensive database and recruitment advertising partners, then pre-screen them to create a short-list matched to your role ready for your interview and your internal safer recruitment procedures.

Our approach is simple - ethical, profitable, successful placements for our candidates and our clients. Our recruitment consultants lead that approach by finding great candidates, building long term relationships with our nurseries and schools, and developing new client business daily through calls, visits and creative marketing.
Since setting up in 2005 we've always used recycled products. From our photocopy paper to our pens and promotional material - it's always been recycled paper or plastic. In 2011 we went a step further and switched to non-bleached copy paper - which is why it's not quite white. In 2017 we bought air source heat pumps for our office - reducing our electricity use on heating by about 50%.
Bretsa works with private day nurseries, children's centres, montessori schools, after school clubs, play schemes, nursery schools and primary schools right across London, Kent and Essex. From large groups to independent settings, we can find you a huge variety of nursery work.

I joined the agency when I arrived at a crossroads in my career after being out of work for a little while,and unsure of the next organisation I wanted to work with or be a part of.

Excellent team of professionals that knows what the job is all about, and looking after clients and staff with great heart. They keep to their promises they have never fails in paying staffs on a weekly basis, they send a reminder to you to send your timesheets in before lunch on Tuesdays so that the payroll department can tidy up everything then staffs get paid 1st thing on Friday morning. I have introduced friends and I got my gift card vouchers for each person i introduced after they have done the agreed hours. Kudos to all the team. GREAT TEAM.

Worst company ever! Staff are so unprofessional, especially Sharon. Kept sending me to far places when I told them I’m only willing to travel 45 mins. So Sharon told me I’m a waste of time and she can’t work with clients like me. I sent them many compliant emails which they chose to ignore. They also kept “forgetting” to pay me so when I kept calling to find out where my money is I was told I’m calling too much, well yeah I work to get my money so I will call to find out where it is. Looking to do agency work I suggest JBD. Don’t waste your time with Bretsa
