A 'Meet and Greet' service is whereby the driver will park his vehicle and meet you with a name board in the appropriate place i.e an Arrivals Hall. They cancelled my booking at the very last minute, leaving me stranded after a very long flight and when Steve Hunt (the manager) said I'd receive a refund -- I never received it. After chasing them a few times, they promised multiple times to send the refund but never have. After seeing several reviews here, I see it's a theme...

Worst customer experience I’ve ever received. I had to book a mini cab service for a 3am collection from Gatwick. When landed we were slightly delayed on the ground due to know stairs at the air port. I phone gold wing mini cabs to let the cab driver know were going to be delayed by about 15min. Gold wing mini cabs then sent our driver on another job. When calling the driver when we got out the airport he said we had to wait 50min for him. At this point we just had to get an Uber as were not waiting till 4am on a Monday for him.
