The client instructed us to prepare his 20 year route long residence application. We advised that normally this 20 year period would consist of a length of time spent outside of prison. Despite this individual having a one year prison sentence in his 20 year history, we were able to successfully argue that he should be granted Indefinite Leave regardless.

Westkin Associates, Amy Smith made many promises at the beginning of our application process. However, when the time came and we really needed them, to live up to their promises, they did not prove to be able or interested in keeping these promises.
Documentation prepared poorly. Often having to be reviewed and altered to read properly before submission.
The business plan was outdated and didn't include GDPR references.
Interview support and preparation was non existent.
Attempts to resolve key points to mutual satisfaction with senior management proved unsuccessful.

We used Westkin to deal with a sponsorship application for a member of staff who was here on a temporary work visa.
