We moved to Help4IT after many years with our incumbent IT support company and have been really pleased with their level of support and pricing. After careful consultation and risk assessment, Help4IT successfully migrated us over to a Microsoft based cloud environment removing the need for an on premise server. We have been really happy with their support and would definitely recommend to others.

We could not recommend Help4IT highly enough!! The whole team especially Mustafa, are super helpful whenever we need any technical support. They recently installed our new computers for CAD work and connected them to the Microsoft Azure platform for us. The whole process was so simple from ordering to the technician coming to our offices and installing them for us. A really professional company, whom we have been working with for over 15 years!

Help4IT were very helpful in migrating our email and business records to the Microsoft cloud solution from an office-based server, together with the installation of two new PC’s. This was completed successfully with no significant issues and with the help of a real expert.

Not only did Help4IT migrate our entire company's IT system over to a Microsoft-based cloud environment but they also set us up with a new phone system and were incredibly helpful when our business relocated a couple of months ago. THis company spend weeks trying to set up our phone system and couldn't get it working, when I asked for my money back they wanted to charge me for 11 hours work trying to get it working and 30% admin fee - how rubbish
