What can l say about sears estate agents, They're a 5 star company and marketed my property to the best of its potential and this was all done by Robert Frankin. Oliver provided a realistic appraisal of the property and all of the team I spoke to responded quickly and accurately to my questions. Jodie Lancaster has been a great professional from the time we connected with her related to getting the agreement executed (which just took 2 days!) to all the occasions in which she was able to provide assistance. Once, we had to contact her for getting a door fixed and a handyman was contacted within no time and repair work done without any hassle. Thank you so much!

Firstly if I could give a half star I would.
The only thing I thankful to Sears for is I found the house I wanted to purchase.
The service received from Sears was beyond appalling!
Josh M (now left the company) was very helpful when he was around as he helped with organising viewings.
Frances (also now left) was OK until it all went down the drain.
Sears put a house on the market with people who were not ready to sell. Therefore the chain fell through, instead of completing by September 30th (had always been the target date from day 1 end of May 2021) completion happened in December!
